Information

A 50% deposit is required on booking an appointment for a consultation, medical test or treatment. This is to ensure that we can provide an efficient service and timely appointments by reducing occurrences when people either fail to attend their appointment, or provide insufficient notice when they need to cancel.

If you are unable to attend due to other commitments, or simply change your mind, we request as much notice as possible, but a minimum of 2 working days. We will refund your deposit in full provided if these conditions are met. We will however always endeavor to fill any cancelled appointment slot in order to refund your deposit.

Deposits for all online bookings will be required when the appointment is made. We accept card, BACS and cash payments for booking made in person or by telephone. In the event that a deposit is not paid within the agreed timescale, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, but will make all reasonable efforts to contact you to avoid this potential scenario.

Payments can be made online at the time of booking, by card, BACS or cash.

We have a large private car park and a designated disabled parking area.

We do not provide any emergency cover at evenings or weekends. It is important that all clients continue to be registered with their local GP surgery and to make appropriate use of the nearest Accident and Emergency department in the event of an emergency.

Most results are received within 72 hours, although some can take up to 2 weeks or even longer for more specialised testing. Please be aware that samples may be delayed due to delivery times and transportation issues. A copy of all the test results can be emailed or posted to you in accordance with your wishes.
