Please note that Iechyd Teifi Health do not provide emergency services outside of opening hours. Therefore we recommend that all patients maintain their registration with their NHS GP practice.

Booking appointments

Appointments can be booked online or via telephone. Confirmation will be sent via text and/or email with patient consent.

Referrals

In the event that a patient requires a referral to a specialist service, the reasons and options for facilitating the referral will be explained by our clinicians and support and guidance will be provided throughout the process.

Payment

A full list of fees for all our services is available on our website, www.teifihealth.co.uk

If any additional services are required following an initial consultation, the patient will be informed of any extra charges. Such services will only be provided with the patients full informed consent.

We accept Credit/Debit card, BACS and cash payment

The clinic needs to collect personal information about people with whom it deals in order to carry out its business and provide its services

The lawful and proper treatment of personal information by Iechyd Teifi Health is extremely important to the success of our business and in order to maintain the confidence of our service users and employees. We ensure that the clinic treats personal information lawfully and correctly.
